the number 4.

Well I sent the 4 letters to the 4 lucky people with the 4 stamps I had :) It was really so helpful to take breaks between studying and write you each. I love the 4 of you very much and want to give the 4 of you each a reason why.

1- My mother
. You are my everything! Only being almost 4 hours apart is still far for me, so those phone calls I seem to make everyday :) mean the world to me! Your the best example of love anyone could ever find.

2- My sister Michelle
. You are always radiating happiness! I can always go to you to put a smile back on my face! You are always there for me. And for living in Virginia, that's SUPER SISTER!

3- My bestest friend Nikki. You are the best friend anyone could ask for. Always willing to listen, love and you never judge. We secretly love random Victoria Secret runs too :)

4- My aunt Shelly
. "my favorite aunt" :) You are the most giving and loving woman I know. I truly feel cared about everytime you want to know the 411 of the week!

I love you 4 very much and hope you got your letters! Finals are finished! I graduate this Saturday with my Associates of Arts and am so excited! I've had so much help from family and friends and want to thank everyone for pushing me through this! I've worked hard and have been through some crazy trials to get here. It's going to be a beautiful day and I'm really grateful to be where I'm at. Family, you drive safely down here, ok?! Because I love you!

Recently I had an opportunity to call the man who held my hand in my car accident. His name is Travis Duran and he is such a hero to me. It was amazing to talk to him on the phone. My heart was so full hearing his voice and I thanked him for what he did over and over. I was even able to tell him I was graduating in 2 days! I was in tears the whole time as he recounted the story from exactly what he saw (it's really hard on me because I have immediate flashbacks and I lock up), he told me how he immediately pulled over and thought I was for sure dead. When he heard my voice he almost started crying and ran over to me. He didn't know how to get to me. He kicked the back window open and crawled through the upside down vehicle and asked me if I was ok. I kept telling him my back and head hurt. He told me help was on the way. I kept asking him to take off the seatbelt and he told me he couldn't. I asked him if he would hold my hand and he said of course. I asked him to please not leave me and he promised he wouldnt. I balled because I could remember it, feel it. His voice brought back that memory into better focus. It scared me a little. Flashbacks are so real and they kept happening. After talking for a bit, he told me he was so happy I was alive and well. He was amazed at where I was at, and told me that I forever had a friend in him. And that he'd keep his promise and always be there for me if I needed him. I'm truly grateful for amazing people out there who do nothing but love and serve others. He is a hero and I am so blessed to know him. I'm here for a reason, I know I am. Graduating Snow has an even bigger meaning for me and So does being with my family this upcoming week. My heart is full with the many blessings I've been given!!! I love you all so much!!! Can't stop crying tears of joy tonight :)

secret agent and agent secret.

I love my best friend Vanessa :)

Laura's First Prom!

Ummm, I remember my first prom date, and I was not this pretty! Laura was stunningly gorgeous! The guy she went with was a cutie pie as well! It was so fun to be home and help get her ready for the big night! She's already so beautiful that there wasn't much to do except some pink nail polish and lipgloss! Mom even made the dress!! I told her she's making my wedding one :) Dad teased her all evening with when the doorbell would ring, that it was her date! It was cute to see how excited Dad was to meet her date though too :) I love Laura so much and can't believe how fast my baby sister is growing up :) She is going to have guys lined up at the door for her! Which I don't mind :) Laura has the strongest standards in the world and I admire her so much for that. Nothing can bring her down. I wish I could be more like that :) She had a fantastic time out though and I bet you anything, she'll have balloons on our door once more for the next dance :)

Earth Day should be every day!

Some fun shots I've taken the past couple weeks here in April! I love Earth :)

Spring is here!

Fluffy Bumblebees are friends :)

Sidewalk chalk can add the prettiest spring colors to shadows!

One of Mom's Favorite :) Blossoming all around our yard!

The Girls and I's Earth Day celebration! We planted seeds!

I just want to make a wish and blow!

Right outside our back porch at home! I wish I could lay in them!

Spring is even blooming in the shadows!

Outside one of the Professor's home here in Ephraim!

This just made me joyed :)

so a little fantasy come true?

The Sorensen Disneyland Vacation 2010 is just around the corner!!! I'm so excited to
be in the happiest place in all the world with ALL of my family!
It seriously just can't get better than that... Or can it? :)

I believe Captain Jack Sparrow, the man of my dreams, walks the streets of Main Street, Adventureland, New Orleans Square, and maybe even Tomorrowland.
I'm going to find him! And when we meet.....

He'll run to me like this! But with a smile on his face and...
there won't be half naked men behind him.
BUT with arms open wide he will scoop me in his arms AND...

It will be a moment like this :)

I really cannot wait to see my beloved pirate I've loved for 7 years now! I hope people don't get jealous of us. Or that my family denies me a ride back home because I'm so weird.
Disneyland here we come!

I've converted.

Cream cheese... Original. It has always been my favorite choice and only choice on bagels. But recently I've been introduced to use it for anything and with anything by my dear friend Taylor Bosshardt! We made beef enchiladas the other day and found that we were lacking sour cream. I was distraught of course, cause you can't do enchiladas without a little dollop. But alas, Taylor comes walking in with a package of cream cheese to try with it! I laid it on, and I am addicted. I have made an official switch to cream cheese on everything! It has taken over me. I really hope it's healthy, cause I about ate all 6 oz by myself. It's delicious and I double dog dare you to do the switch too :)

today I'm grateful for...

Since the beginning of this year, I've decided to take time each day and write at least one thing I'm grateful for! Some days it'll be something as simple as my can of spaghettiO's and another will be how grateful I am for running water, the shoes I have and the list will go on! I was inspired by Carol Thurgood and her story of her daughter and how she wrote one thing she was grateful for about her husband each day for a year. For his birthday, this was her gift to him. I was really touched and impressed by this. The greatest gifts are from our hearts. I also know how much more happier and blessed we become when we count our blessings day by day, so I've been dedicated to writing what I am grateful for everyday. It's also a fantastic journal for me! Helps me think twice about what I really do have. My smile seems to show ten times more too when I'm concentrating on the positive in my life!! Here are a few fun entries I thought I'd share! ....1/4/10- Monday- "Drove back safely to Ephraim! Daddy even called me after work to check on me and Arianne. I love those phone calls." 1/23/10- "I'm grateful I can control my temper and attitude. Far from perfect, but I am pretty good at not letting the small things get to me. I'm also grateful for my family chocolate chippers :)" 2/9/10- Tuesday- "I am grateful for man smelling products :) mmm" 2/21/10- "I'm grateful for Gmail video chat so I can see Michelle and Aliyah, Mom, Dad, and Laura too!" 3/21/10- Sunday- "I'm grateful boys have cooties and not girls! (a little girl who sat by us in church while her mother sang in the choir stated to us rather loudly that her dad has cooties cause he's a boy)"
Today I am grateful for my brother in law Jeff, for helping me get a start on my english essay. It sure is stressful, but I'm so glad he can help push me along!

Alexis and I's roommate tragedy.

closest we've been the entire year... :)

there's snowflakes on my window!

I had a dream that I went and got my ear pierced above the first with a really cute dark blue earring, and I was attractive to everyone in the grocery store. I woke up giggling :)

Finals are closing in! School is getting stressful and all you can do is buckle down and say bring it on. I did have fantastic news in Math today that we would have no further homework assignments nor a final test. I was absolutely thrilled in that time slot that opened for other assignments! Got to keep up on my health this week, so I've been eating an apple a day :)

No luck in finding a job or a place to live this fall. I swear I've emailed 10 families in every state, but just haven't heard much back. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm determined to not give up, though it gets hard opening my inbox and seeing it empty. Without the security of income this summer, I might as well not look for a place to stay, but I really would like to find something, so I'm going to keep searching for a place to call my own. Why do things cost money? Wish we could give hugs instead.

I've got 4 stamps, some cute colored paper, and just want to know who would like a letter in the mail :) Be the first to say I, I, I and you'll receive a fun letter, from yours truly, to help keep me sane this crazy April.

Special shout out to my sister Laura! It's her 16th Birthday tomorrow and I just wanted to wish her the Sweetest 16! She means the world to me and I cannot believe how fast time flies. I hope she knows and want her to know for sure, that she is my everything! I love you Laura Lou :) Happiest Birthday and hope those candles aren't as tricky to blow out as Grandpa and Grandma's were!
